Members of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) are appointed by City Council. BPAC members initially serve one-, two-, and three-year terms and may be reappointed for three-year terms thereafter.

When a vacancy occurs, the City’s Advisory Committee on Appointments will make recommendations to the City Council for placement using the applications in the Resource Bank.
Meetings
The Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee holds regular meetings on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00pm at City Hall and may hold special meetings at the call of the Chair or at the request of City Council.
Duties
The Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee shall be accountable to City Council. The committee shall provide advice to City Council that reflects community values on bicycle and pedestrian practices relative to the City. Committee Code of Conduct.pdf
