A Public Meeting Participation Guide that explains how to use the Webex system has been created for members of the public and is available here.

Residents of Eau Claire or individuals who own a business or property in Eau Claire are welcome to take part in a Public Comment Period which follows the regularly scheduled Monday Public Hearing meeting of the Eau Claire City Council.  A quick run-down of how it works can be found in this document.
