The Housing Authority provides subsidized housing within the City of Eau Claire to approximately 358 low-income elderly persons, people with disabilities, and families.

The Housing Authority is taking applications from interested persons for the subsidized housing programs.

*IMPORTANT NOTICE*

This application covers "HOME Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) Voucher Program" AND "City of Eau Claire Housing Authority Owned Properties."
Applications will NOT be accepted by FAX as we are required to have original signatures on file.
