The Alley Improvement Program, and Special Assessment Deferral/Extension programs were developed to assist property owners experiencing Low/Moderate Income (LMI) pay for improvements adjacent to their property.  To qualify for one of these programs your total household income must fall below 80% of the median income for Eau Claire County and the property assessed for improvements must be owned by you and be your primary residence.
