South Hastings Way Project #7995-02-65

South Hastings Way Frontage Road is listed in the City of Eau Claire's Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan as a major sidewalk/pathway gap location and the location of a future pathway. Project #7995-02-65 along South Hastings Way Frontage Road is a joint project with the Town of Washington because a portion of the road reconstruction lies in the Town's jurisdiction. Construction for this project goes from Pine Lodge Road to the western-most Menards driveway.

What are the improvements?

South Hastings Way Frontage Road reconstruction includes a widening of the existing roadway, the installation of curb and gutter, and construction of a multi-use path adjacent to the north side of the roadway. View a Cross Section.pdf.
