The City of Eau Claire completed an update to the City's Waterways Plan that was prepared in 1988.  The Plan takes a comprehensive look at our waterway resources and abutting lands, including the Chippewa River, Eau Claire River, Half Moon Lake, and the smaller creeks such as Lowes Creek, Sherman Creek, and Otter Creek.  Work on the update began in September of 2011 and was adopted by the City Council in July of 2012.
