Residential Sale Guidelines

Important information regarding placement of signs: 

Residential event yard signs are not allowed within boulevards and must be setback at minimum the height of the sign. For example, a 5' tall sign must be 5' feet from the property line.

Temporary signs must be placed outside the triangular area formed by connecting points 20 feet along each property line from the corner of a lot for visibility sake.
