An accessory building must be separated from the main building on a lot by 10 feet or as provided in the Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling Code. The building must also be at least 10 feet from a main building on an adjacent lot. No part of a garage wall, which contains a vehicle entry door, shall be closer than 15 feet to a street or alley. An accessory building shall not exceed 1,000 square feet in size and 18 feet in height unless a conditional use permit is approved by the Plan Commission.
