An online permitting software is available to you for applying for permits, paying fees, and scheduling your own in-person inspections.  Paper applications are no longer accepted.

* COMMERCIAL Plumbing: Commercial Plumbing Plan Reviews of 16 or more fixtures, must be submitted to the City of Eau Claire online.  The Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) has delegated all Plumbing Plan Reviews back to the City of Eau Claire.

 *COMMERCIAL Building and HVAC:  Commercial Building and HVAC Plan Reviews must be submitted and completed with the Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS).

Schedule an Inspection (or e-inspection by Inspector's request only)

e-Inspections allow some inspections to be authorized via photo submittal or live video. In some cases, the inspector may ask you to upload photos or live video for an inspection.
