The City of Eau Claire has in effect, a Fair Housing Ordinance prohibiting discrimination in selecting or attempting to select housing. If you feel you have been discriminated against because of your sex, race, color, creed, disability, age, religion, national origin, marital status, lawful source of income, place of birth, ancestry, sexual orientation, or family status in any attempt to buy or rent a home or apartment, please contact Patti Sweeney, Rental Specialist or contact the Executive Director of the Housing Authority of the City of Eau Claire, PO Box 1186, Eau Claire, WI 54702, telephone (715)839-4943.
