The Eau Claire City-County Health Department works with community partners to develop the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). It provides the community with a plan and goals for improving the health of Eau Claire County residents in the identified health priorities. The CHIP reflects the work of many dedicated individuals and organizations who are working to improve health in our county for groups facing health disparities as well as the population as a whole.
