Child Immunizations

Children 18 years and younger can get FREE immunizations if they meet one or more of the following eligibility criteria:

Uninsured
Underinsured (insurance does not cover immunizations)
Have Wisconsin Medical Assistance (BadgerCare Plus)
American Indian or Alaskan Native

NOTE: Vaccinations can be given to minors only with parent/guardian signed consent. Parent must attend appointment if child is less than 18 years old. If you have any questions please call 715-839-4718.

Adult Immunizations

Adults can get the following immunizations: Influenza, COVID-19, Polio, Tdap, Tetanus, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, HPV, Meningococcal, MMR, Varicella, Pneumococcal.

* Some adult vaccines may have an eligibility criteria and/or cost. Call us at 715-839-4718 if you have questions.

Eau Claire

Immunizations are given by appointment. Please call 715-839-4718 to make an appointment.

Immunizations are given at the Health Department on the Ground Floor of the Eau Claire County Courthouse, 720 Second Ave., Eau Claire .

Park in Lot F located on the corner of Lake St. and 2nd Avenue.

Enter the building using Entrance C12E ONLY. C12E is the WIC/Immunization Clinic entrance. Anyone coming in for an immunization is allowed to park in the “Visitors with Children” spots.
