Tax Incremental District (TID) #10 is a redevelopment district located in the central business district at the confluence of the Chippewa and Eau Claire rivers.  The district was created to stimulate the redevelopment of commercial properties near the confluence of the Eau Claire and Chippewa rivers. Projects contemplated in the project plan include a multi-story mixed use building, a community arts facility, and the renovation of a vacant hotel property.
