PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the annual organizational meeting of the City Council, as set by State Statute, will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at 4 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall, 203 South Farwell Street, Eau Claire, Wisconsin. 

At the organizational meeting, newly elected members will be sworn-in, the City Council will elect the Vice-President and members to serve on the Advisory Committee on Appointments, Board of Review, Chippewa St.-Croix Rail Commission, Chippewa Valley Innovation Center Board, City-County Board of Health, Housing Authority, Housing Opportunities Commission, Loan Administration Board, Joint Commission on Shared Services Initiatives, Landmarks Commission, Library Board, Plan Commission, Putnam Park Commission, Redevelopment Authority, Transit Commission, Utility Appeals Board, Visit Eau Claire Board, Visit Eau Claire Tourism and Cultural Arts Grant Program Committee, and the Waterways and Parks Commission.
