The ZPAC consists of Eau Claire City Council members and Plan Commissioners and is charged with providing policy-related direction to guide the Century Code Update process.
Round three set of codes are available for review. These include signs, general development and building design standards.
On August 19th an open house from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. will be held where the public can enjoy a rootbeer float and learn about the proposed standards. The open house will follow the conclusion of the City Council and Plan Commission’s ZPAC meeting. The meetings are at the downtown library, 3rd floor.
Check out the project website for previous draft codes and to learn more.
Additional details can be found on the Century Code Update page.
