Carl Walker, Inc. has completed a Comprehensive Downtown Parking Study for the City of Eau Claire. The study evaluated the current parking demand, projected future parking demand, efficient methods to accommodate existing and future demand, fee structures, the benefits of a parking utility, review of structural parking facilities and maintenance program, current and proposed parking ordinances, and key aspects of the North Barstow Parking Ramp.
